We carry all products in our web store in inventory, and excepting very unusual out-of-stock situations, orders ship on the next business day. We attempt to provide the fastest delivery at the most reasonable prices, and orders for CDs only ship by USPS Priority Mail, orders for books and mounted icons ship by USPS regular mail (due to weight). Mixed orders with one or two books or a singe mounted icon may be shipped by Priority Mail (our determination) based on weight limitations. Faster delivery is available on request for an additional charge.

International shipments are generally sent via USPS Global Priority Mail (where service is available), and we will respond back to you by e-mail with the international shipping costs and await your confirmation prior to processing your order.

Satisfaction

Liturgica.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchases for a full refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order, as long as:

1. CDs have not been opened and played, and/or

2. Books have not been read or damaged.

Customers wishing to return merchandise must pay return shipping costs and enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice in the box with the merchandise.
