ReviewBy: B. Williams
This recording is the first in the series titles Byzantine Music in the New World, and is perhaps the very first high quality recordings of Byzantine music in English that was produced in North America. It remains true to Byzantine music style, is a pleasure to hear, and proved that not only had Byzantine music come to the New World, but that Orthodox hymnology could be sung in English in an acceptable and beautiful manner.
